Since November started on a Sunday, I concocted this big plan at the end of October to start working out again on the 1st of the month, and then continue workout hardcore until Christmas break.
Somewhere along the way I lost that motivation, and I actually haven't been to the gym in weeks. Probably somewhere close to a month ago. Hopefully it hasn't been that long, but I honestly can't remember the last time I went to the gym! That's really sad....
So right now I'm sitting at my desk in my room, staring at my computer screen waiting for god knows what to pop up, with my United States history textbook open to a page about the Adams Administration and the XYZ Affair getting absolutely nothing done even though I have my second midterm in the class next Friday (and yes, that is the Friday right before Thanksgiving break) and I've learned absolutely nothing in that class this semester considering I never go to lecture! But I started reading the chapters that are going to be covered on the exam and I'm even taking notes on it. Hopefully it all pays off but I'm not too sure it actually will. But for once I would actually like to go to the gym because anything would be better than reading this but there is nothing on TV and surprise, surprise: the gym closes at midnight and it's already 11:35.
Cool. Glad I have everything going for me right now.
On top of that I need to start writing my papers for finals but have absolutely no idea what I'm going to write about. Looks like I'll be going to office hours this week!
So moral of the story: I need to stop being lazy (even though I got a ton of work done today) and need to keep studying slash I need to start going to the gym (or go running) again. Hopefully I'll accomplish both this week. Cross your fingers!!
